A delegation of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) paid a courtesy call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Kapila Waidyaratne PC at the Ministry premises yesterday (16).Head of the International Committee of Red Cross in Sri Lanka Ms. Claire Meytraud had cordial discussions with the Secretary during the meeting.
The Secretary also presented a memento to Ms. Claire Meytraud to mark the occasion.
Newly appointed deputy head Mr. Zakaria Maiga was also present at the occasion.
