Flag officer, Commanding in chief, Southern Naval Command Indian Navy, Vice Admiral A R Karve paid a courtesy call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Kapila Waidyaratne PC at the ministry premises on Wednesday (02nd, August 2017).A Cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and Vice Admiral Karve on matters of bilateral relevance and mutual interests. Mementoes were also exchanged during the occasion.
Defence Advisor of the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain Ashok Rao was also present at the occasion.
